We celebrate the New Year of the Rabbit 2023 by gathering together to practice with International, French and Russian DYKY schools!

The program:
-Opening words
-Taiji- and Qigong Warm Ups
-Dyysg Kidneys 1
-HXF Baduanjin for health
-Taiji Yangsheng Zhang 1
-Bao Jian Gong 1
-Strengthen the body to assist lungs

Professor Hu Xiaofei will participate if he is free, since in China there are big celebrations going on at that time!

The idea of this gathering is to meet practitioners and friends from different parts of the world and schools, to practice, celebrate and meet old and new friends!

The routines are led by the heads of the schools, Aki Korhonen International School, English, Joelle Stempfel, French School, French and Elena Bakhtenko, Russia School, Russian.
