七、报名要求

VII. Registration Requirements

(⼀) 各国家、地区导引康养⽅有关团体和个⼈均可组队或独⽴报名参赛。
1. Groups and individuals related to the Dao Yin Kang Yang system from all countries and regions may form teams or register independently to participate.

(⼆) 参加⽐赛代表队可报队长1⼈，教练1⼈，参赛队员⼈数不限。
2. Each participating team may register 1 team leader, 1 coach, and an unlimited number of team members.

(三)要求⾝体健康者。
3. Participants must be in good health.
参赛⼈员年龄、健康状况均以报名表上签字后确认。参赛⼈员应评估和确认⾃ ⼰的健康状况不会出现意外，因健康状况⽽引发的伤病等意外，均由本⼈负 责。
Age and health status are confirmed upon signing the registration form. Participants should assess and confirm that their health condition will not lead to accidents; they bear full responsibility for any injuries or accidents arising from their health condition.

(四) 参加⽐赛⼈员需⾃⾏办理⼈⾝意外伤害保险，并签署《⾸届胡晓飞导引 康养⽅国际⽐赛责任声明书》。
4. All participants must obtain personal accident insurance and sign the «Liability Statement for the First International Hu Xiaofei Dao Yin Kang Yang Competition».

⼋、竞赛办法

VIII. Competition Rules

(⼀) ⽐赛设集体赛和个⼈赛。
1. The competition includes group and individual events.

(⼆) 集体赛不分年龄、性别，每队报名⼈数不得少于4⼈（上场队员每少⼀⼈，扣除该队该项场上得分0.5分），报名项⽬1-4项均可。参赛队型⾃定，服装 须符合项⽬特点。
2. Group events have no age or gender restrictions. Each team must have at least 4 participants (a deduction of 0.5 points from the team’s score will be applied for each missing participant). Teams can register for 1-4 events. Team formation is selfdetermined, and attire must suit the characteristics of the event.

(三) 个⼈赛按性别、年龄分甲⼄两组。甲组60岁（含）以上，⼄组59岁（含）以下。少⼉⼋段锦⽐赛按年龄分甲⼄两组，甲组8-11岁（2017-2014年出⽣）组和⼄组12-15岁（2013-2010年出⽣）组。
3. Individual events are divided into Group A (60 years and above) and Group B (59 years and below) by gender and age. Children’s Ba Duan Jin competition is divided into Group A (8-11 years old, born 2014-2017) and Group B (12-15 years old, born 2010-2013).

(四) ⽐赛为线上通讯赛，组委会将在2025年12⽉15⽇⾄2026年12⽉30⽇期间组织裁判为各队和个⼈⽐赛视频进⾏评判，并在2025年1⽉10⽇之前公布⽐赛结果。
4. The competition is held online. The judging panel will evaluate the performance videos of teams and individuals between December 15, 2025, and December 30, 2026. Results will be announced before January 10, 2026.

(五) 抽签由编排记录组在仲裁委员会监督下完成，裁判组将按照参赛队(队员) 的抽签顺序依次进⾏评分。
5. The draw will be conducted by the Arrangements and Records Group under the supervision of the Arbitration Committee. The judging panel will score according to the draw order of the participating teams (members).

(六) 评判采⽤《导引康养⽅竞赛规则》（试⽤版）进⾏，有异议之处以组委会解释为准。
6. Judging will follow the «Dao Yin Kang Yang Competition Rules» (Trial Version). The Organizing Committee’s interpretation shall prevail in case of any objections.

(七) ⽐赛⾳乐：⽐赛将使⽤⼤会指定的各套功法⾳乐进⾏，组委会将在2025 年9⽉发布所有⾳乐。
7. Competition Music: Specially selected music for each exercise set will be used. All music tracks will be released by the Organizing Committee in September 2025.

IX. Arbitration and Judging

仲裁和裁判委员会由胡晓飞导引康养国际学院选派组成。
The Arbitration and Judging Committee is selected and formed by the International Hu Xiaofei Dao Yin Kang Yang Academy.

⼗、录取名次及奖励办法

X. Ranking and Awards

(⼀) 集体赛：按各项⽬⽐赛成绩录取颁奖，按参赛队数的30%颁发⾦奖，30%颁发银奖，40%颁发铜奖，并向个⼈颁发证书。
1. Group Events: Awards are based on performance in each event. 30% of participating teams receive Gold Awards, 30% receive Silver Awards, and 40% receive Bronze Awards. All participants receive certificates.

(⼆)个⼈赛：按各项⽬⽐赛成绩分别取参赛⼈数的30%为⾦奖，30%为银奖，40%为铜奖，并向个⼈颁发证书。
2. Individual Events: 30% of participants receive Gold Awards, 30% receive Silver Awards, and 40% receive Bronze Awards based on performance in each event. All participants receive certificates.

(三) ⼤会将评选出“童星奖”、“寿星奖”、“最佳参赛队”各3名，并分别颁发证书。
3. The competition will select 3 recipients each for the «Child Star Award», «Longevity Star Award», and «Best Participating Team Award», and issue certificates respectively.

XI. Registration Procedure

(⼀) 报名截⽌⽇期：团队负责⼈务必于2025年11⽉15⽇前报名；报名表务必于2025年12⽉14⽇前发送⾄邮箱：tournament@huxiaofeiacademy.ru
1. Registration Deadline: Team leaders must register by November 15, 2025. Registration forms must be sent to tournament@huxiaofeiacademy.ru by December 14, 2025.

(⼆) 视频报送：参加的各队和个⼈，须在2025年12⽉14⽇俄罗斯时间24点前，所有参赛团队和个⼈参与者必须将⽐赛视频链接发送⾄邮箱 tournament@huxiaofeiacademy.ru
2. Video Submission: All participating teams and individuals must send the links to their competition video recordings to tournament@huxiaofeiacademy.ru by 24:00 Moscow Time on December 14, 2025.

⼗⼆、裁判培训

XII. Judge Training

(⼀) 培训时间：2025年11⽉22⽇⾄11⽉23⽇。
1. Training Dates: November 22-23, 2025.

(⼆) 培训内容：《导引康养⽅竞赛裁判法》，养⽣筑基功评分细则，强体助肺健⾝术（徒⼿、持球）评分细则，导引康养润肺⾏（徒⼿、持球）评分细则，少⼉⼋段锦评分细则。
2. Training Content: «Dao Yin Kang Yang Competition Judging Rules», scoring details for Health Preservation Foundation Gong, Body Strengthening and Lung Supporting Art (barehanded, with ball), Dao Yin Kang Yang Lung Moistening Exercises (barehanded, with ball), and Children’s Ba Duan Jin.

(三) 2025年11⽉15⽇俄罗斯时间13⾄15时，在⽹上召开领队会议。
3. An online meeting for team leaders will be held on November 15, 2025, from 13:00 to 15:00 Moscow Time.

⼗三、收费标准及办法

XIII. Fees and Payment Methods

(⼀) ⼤会报名费：参赛费为每⼈1200 卢布（15岁以下少⼉免费）。
1. Registration Fee: 1200 RUB per person (free for children under 15).

(⼆) ⽐赛报名费：集体项⽬每⼈每项1000 卢布（15岁以下少⼉免费），个⼈项⽬每⼈每项1400 卢布（15岁以下少⼉免费）。
2. Competition Fee: Group events — 1000 RUB per person per event; Individual events — 1400 RUB per person per event (free for children under 15).

(三) 裁判培训费：9500 卢布/⼈（⼤会指定裁判员免费）。
3. Judge Training Fee: 9500 RUB per person (free for officially designated judges).

⼗四、赞助事宜

XIV. Sponsorship

⼤会欢迎赞助，并提供冠名，凡向⼤会赞助10000欧元以上者，可获⽐赛冠名，组委会也将对赞助者或单位颁发荣誉证书，凡向⼤会赞助1000欧元者，等会将在秩序册上鸣谢表扬，以上事迹均将记录在导引康养竞赛⽇志内。
The Organizing Committee welcomes sponsors. Any individual or organization sponsoring over 10,000 EUR can obtain naming rights for the competition, and the Organizing Committee will also issue honorary certificates to sponsors. Those sponsoring 1,000 EUR or more will be acknowledged in the official program. All sponsorship contributions will be recorded in the Dao Yin Kang Yang Competition Log.
